that information in our CRM, but no one else can access it, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Other than the information provided to Homebot and HouseHappy, we do not share or sell your
information to anyone else.
We collect this data so that we can monitor your property’s value in relation to mortgage
considerations so that we can make recommendations based on current and changing economic
You have a right to request a copy of the information we have collected at any time, and also the
right to request a correction in any data that you feel is inaccurate. You can also ask that we delete all
of the data we have collected on you. Please note that upon a request to delete the data that applies
to you, that deletion will be completed within 20 days.
The decision to not provide data, or a request to delete your data, will not affect your right to use Art
of Home Ownership’s website, but it will render the use of Homebot and HouseHappy services
impossible, as they cannot provide mortgage recommendations without information concerning the
mortgage at issue.
